Two online talks about James Cook's journals on 1 March.

 

Organised by Aix-Marseille University, they will take place on Monday March 1, from 4.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. 

 

Sandhya Patel (IHRIM-University-Clermont-Auvergne) will be talking about “The Lives and Afterlives of Cook's Logs and Journals”.
Jean-Stéphane Massiani, (Lycée Nelson Mandela, Marseille) will talk “From the Ship to the Pen: James Cook as a Writer in the Making”

 

The talks will be in English.

 

Registration is required by 28 February.
The Zoom invitation will be sent to registrants after registration closes.
