I think four of them are relevant to us.
C is for Cook, depicting the NZ 50c coin.
S is for Southern Cross, the star constellation.
T is for Tiki, seen many times by Cook.
Z is for Zeeland, depicting Abel Tasman and a globe.

Twelve stamps and a miniature sheet were issued depicting explorers and their ships.
The 55p value has Cook and Resolution with Adventure in the background.
The stamp shows both ships hove-to to take on ice for drinking water in 61°S 30°E on 17th January 1773, close to what is now known as Enderby Land.
