The society's main publication is called Cook's Log: ISSN 1358-0639
It is published quarterly, in January, April, July and October, and sent to every member. This journal has grown in size dramatically over the years from 36 pages for the whole of 1981 to 199 pages for the whole of 2016. An index to the first 23 volumes (1976 to 2000) is available to be downloaded at the bottom of this page.
The Australian Branch of the society publishes a newsletter called Endeavour Lines. It is published twice a year in April/May and October/November, and sent to every branch member. Selected articles from Cook's Log can be seen on this website, including some quizzes to test your knowledge of Captain Cook and his life. Many interesting articles have appeared in other journals and magazines.
An index to the first 23 volumes (1976 to 2000) is available to be downloaded. The index is based on the article (item) headings rather than the contents of the articles. It was created by Albert Batchelder, reviewed by Brian Sandford and edited by Ian Boreham. The index is in the Adobe PDF format.
