Dr Kathy Abbass asks why is it so hard to find the Endeavour Bark?

The conference "New Ideas on Old Wars: The Archaeology of War", covers conflicts across the 18th, 19th and 20th centuries, and explores both terrestrial and maritime archaeology.
One of the speakers will be Dr. Kathy Abbass, CEO of the Rhode Island Marine Archaeology Project (RIMAP).
Over the past 24 years her team has studied more than 90 sites in Rhode Island and the region. She is directing the archaeological research process to find the remains of Cook's Endeavour.
The two-day conference is being held at the Australian National Maritime Museum, Sydney on Friday 22 and Saturday 23 June 2018.
