The Crew of Cook's First Voyage 1768-1771
The Crews of Cook's Second Voyage 1772-1775
The Crews of Cook's Third Voyage 1776-1780
The lists contain only the officers and persons who played significant roles during the three voyages. I felt there were too many other crew members to include everyone.

Re: Lieutenant Zachary Hicks.Hicks was one of a number of crew who died on the voyage home. He died on 26 May 1771 and was buried at sea in the North Atlantic Ocean. He did not leave a will but probate was granted to his mother in England.
Hi Raymond, yes you are correct, Isaac Manley also sailed on the Endeavour voyage. He served as Master's Mate until February 1771, when he was promoted to Midshipman. Manley's absence from the above list of Endeavour crew merely signifies that he did not play a significant role during that voyage.
Hi Marilyn, there were several people with the surname Taylor who sailed on Captain Cook's three voyages of exploration. None of them was named Napoleon Taylor, indeed the use of Napoleon as a first name suggests a date from the 19th century, much later than Cook's voyages.
A relative of mine indicated that my relative, Napoleon Taylor was aboard one of Captain Cook's ships. Are you able to advise whether this information is true or not? Thank you, in advance.
In Beaglehole's Journals of Cook there is in Vol. 3, p. 321 mention of "Majors says that ... Is he Harry T. Majors? How come there is no record of such name among the crews?
I was always led to believe that my relation Isaac Manley, sailed with Cook on his first voyage of discovery, yet here he only appears on his second voyage. What's the truth of the matter?I have only ever found one painting of Isaac Manley. Do you know of any others on the net?
What was the fate of Zachary Hicks and did he have family in England at the time of his arrival in Australia on board the Endevour?
Was a John Rose Prescot with Cook on any of his voyages?
A William Taylor sailed in Resolution in both the second and third voyage across the Pacific. A list of every member of the ships' companies can be found in the sub-section called musters, which can be found under the section called Cook's Ships.
